Well, the answer is yes and no.
One of the dictionary meanings of the word secret is “unknown to others.” So if somebody understands something about meditation and you do not know that same thing, then as far as you are worried, it’s a meditation secret.
Naturally, once you find the secret, it’s no longer a secret to you. But it might still be a secret to others.
What Sort of Meditation Secrets Might There Be?
Considering that I don’t know you, I can not possibly understand what you have actually already found out about meditation and what you still have to find out.
No matter what, I’m going to think that you might or may not know how binaural beats, sometimes referred to as brain music, can deepen your meditation experience. If you use music as background while you meditate, try out an expertly prepared binaural beats track in the background also. I think you’ll discover a positive difference the next time you meditate if you include them.
How Long It Takes to Practice Meditation?
The secret here is that it’s the focus that counts. A really focused meditation session lasting just, say, 15 minutes, can have as much power as hours of unfocused meditating. Be present the next time you meditate. Keep yourself focused. Again, I presume you’ll see a positive modification from this little secret.
Alternatively, you could hunt out little groups of people whose meditation techniques are almost unidentified in the Western world. The understanding consisted of in these small groups is probably the closest to a real secret, hidden in a few of the most unknown places in the world. Although with the power of the internet, even this understanding is likely to become more widespread.
