Well, the answer is yes and no.

One of the dictionary meanings of the word secret is “unknown to others.” So if somebody understands something about meditation and you do not know that same thing, then as far as you are worried, it’s a meditation secret.

Naturally, once you find the secret, it’s no longer a secret to you. But it might still be a secret to others.

What Sort of Meditation Secrets Might There Be?

Considering that I don’t know you, I can not possibly understand what you have actually already found out about meditation and what you still have to find out.
